Expert Answer:

Dear Student,

In infectious diseases, the patient can experience a wide variety of symptoms such as fever, headache, nausea, vomitting, allergy, backache, joint pain etc.

However, in case of non infectious diseases, the symptoms are not always visible. For example, a person suffering from diabetes appears normal from outside. But if you observe his/ her habits carefully, then you will realize the difference, such as different diet, regular exercise regime etc.

We hope that clarifies your query.
