Write the coordinates of a point whose perpendicular distance from x-axis is 5 units &
perpendicular distance from y-axis is 3 & it lies in II quadrant.

Since the point lies in hte second quadrant.
Perpendicular distance from x-axis is 5 units, so its x-coordinate will be -5
Perpendicular distance from y-axis is 3 units, so its y-coordinate will be 3.
Thus, the required point is (-5, 3).
