there is no such thing as complex motion. There is uniform and nonuniform motion which basically means constant velocity and accelerated motion respectively.
 
Then there is also a distinction made on the basis of whether the motion is in a straight line or in a plane (under which parabolic, rotational, circular motion come)
then there is an arbitrary motion which we what we see in daily life (i.e. motion which is a sum of these all)
