 E = Eo - 0.059/n log [Br-]2/[H+]2
   where n=2
  =1.80 -.059/2 log (.010)2/( .030)2
 = 1.80 - .059 /2 log .11
= 1.80 - .059 /2 *(-.954)
 = 1.80 - (-.0281)
= 1.82 V
