2x + 3 = 11

Where a = 2 (which is not equal to zero), b = 3 and c = 13.

Put x = 4 in the equation, we get
2(4) + 3 = 11
→11 = 11

L.H.S = R.H.S
→x = 4 is the solution of 2x + 3 = 11.

Therefore 2x + 3 = 11 is the required equation.
