Story writing is  a creative process, and we would suggest that you work on creating your own story using the outline. However, we could help you with some points that you can use in drafting your narrative. 
 
Points:
Man - finds a purse in a ditch - covered with stone- moves the stone to allow a car to pass by - sees the purse - takes it out- opens it - finds money - people gether-think he is a thief - start beating him - Man runs to save himself - finds a police station- hands over the purse- is appreciated by the police
