1/Conservation of energy is valid and is a law, since uptil now no one has found any contradiction to it or a process in which conservation of energy is violated has not been obeserved.

2/It's because there are not photoreceptor cells on optical disc of retina in the region called blind spot.

3/It's due to multiple refraction of light, from raindrops which ultimately scatters into constituent colors.
