which pressure, vapour pressure or osmotic pressure?NaCl dissociates to give 2 particles i,e the number of particles increases, whereas acetic acid associates hence the number of particles decreases. colligative properties increases as the # of particles increases. the vapour pressure decreases, Osmotic pressure increases.
