why the flow of a negative charge, is only considered as electric current. why not flow of a positive charge is considered a electric current

Expert Answer:
Because positive charges never flow.
Positive charges are attached with the nucleus which is thouroghly bounded in a crystal.
However in case of discharge tube, the current is many times due to positive charge also.
