why pancreas is called as endocrine organ as well as exocrine organ?name other dual organs

Pancreas is heterocrine as it has both endocrin as well as exocrine parts -

Endocrine part - are Islets of Langerhans which secretes hormones viz. insulin, glucagon.

Exocrine part - are lobules which secretes pancreatic juice for digestion.

Pl. clarify that what exactly u mean by dual organs?
