CBSE Class 12-science Answered
why is the minimum modulation index for distortion not greater than one
Asked by hari krishnan | 11 Jan, 2013, 05:15: PM
Expert Answer
Over modulation occurs with a modulation index of greater than
one. Over modulation causes distortion at the receiver as well as interference with
other stations due to the undesired sideband frequencies that are generated.
