Why is a word equation is only qualitative

Word equation is only qualitative because it does not give any idea about number of atoms and molecules are reacting and foemed.
Let's understand this by one example. A word equation is written below-
In this chemical reaction we are not getting any information about number of molecules, atoms of hydrogen, oxygen and water. So it is only qualitative. If it is written in form of chemical symbol, then it is qualitative and quantitative both.
