Expert Answer
Whydoesnt a Bicycle fall down, with lots of weight acting directly upon its THIN WHEELS?
While riding, the rider knows where and how to balance the center of mass of the vehicle, whereas while he is stationary, it is difficult to balance the center of mass. Still people can do it, people practising in circus can do it. It's all in balancing the center of mass and center of gravity.
