why does this happen that when we eat a very sweet thing then when we eat any less sweet thing it becomes tasteless?

Your taste buds that taste sweetness are used to the sweetness of the first very sweet food and haven't yet recovered or adjusted themselves. If the second food is less sweeter, the tastebuds are unable to completely sense the sweetness of the secondfood.
