why does the light pass through tip of figers while it does'nt pass trough remaining body??(it means when we keep torch at the tip of your finger you observe that at the tip of your finger will glow red{perform practically})

The light shines through the translucent skin layers at the top pf the fingers, picking up the red color of your blood vessels.
