why does markownikoofs rule is apllicable to only Hbr and not hcl and HF or HI?

It has been observed that only HBr adds by the anti markownikoffs rule and not the HI nor the HCl acids because the bond energy of HI is far too low and the formationof I atoms result while the bond energy of HCl is too high so that the no homolytic fission resultsand the reaction cant go on.
