Stable elements do not undergo radioactive decay. For example, hydrogen does not decay however, tritium does. Similarly C-12 does not decay as it is pretty stable, while C-14 does decay. Lithium, similarly is a pretty stable isotope and hence does not undergo radioactive decay.
