Why does earth does not accelerates towards moon, due to Gravitation?

Expert Answer
because, acceleration=force/mass of the object.
as the force of attracion is same on moon ddue to earth as on earth due to moon,
so accl of earth=force/mass of earth.
mass of earth is very large in comparison with the force, so almost no accl.
