why do we float on the Dead sea but not on a regular sea?

We float on the Dead Sea because the water is much more dense and heavier than regular sea water, 
and this is a result of all of the salt that has dissolved in the Dead Sea. Higher density of water of dead sea 
increases its upthrust which helps the body to float.
