Boiling point of NaCl wille higher than that of glucose . In Na+ and Cl- are bonded together by ionic bonding. While in glucose all the elements are bonded by covalent bonding.
Ionic bond are much stronger than covalent bonds so they are difficult to break .Heat required to break an ionic bond is more than that for covalent bond .
