which element has highest electrovalence?

Expert Answer:

Dear Aakrati

The highest electrovalence elements are as follows:

The most electropositive is Francium.

The most elecronegative is Fluorine.

Hence, the most ionic compound can be FrF, but in reality it is very difficult to find this compound because of the high radioactivity.
