Membrane bound cell organelles are present in Eukaryotyes like Endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi body, Plastids, nucleus, mitochondria, peroxisomes, etc.
In Prokaryotes, membrane bound cell organelles are absent. Instead of nucleus they contain nucleoid.
Ribososmes are present in both the organisms.
