Gibberellins

Formed in the plastids by the terpenoid pathway and then transformed in the endoplasmic reticulum and cytosol 

Ethylene

Leaves, stems, roots, flowers, fruits, tubers, and seeds

Abscisic acid

Roots of the plant as well as the terminal buds at the top of the plant
