When we weight ourselves on weighting machine, we use to say that our weight is 50kg, 60kg, etc. But the SI unit of weight is not kg then is it mean that we are measuring our mass?

Yes actually we are measuring our mass only.
The weighing machine measures the weight of our body and then the answer is converted into mass and then shown to us.
