when we do not eat food for some days how the respiration tahes place?

Your body uses the food you eat, as energy that is required to carry out daily functions. Any excess energy is stored by the body, as fat, for use in the future. During the period of starvation, the body uses this stored food for carrying out the various body activities. The energy is released by oxidation of this food.
