R=8.314 J/K mol or R=0.008314 kJ/K mol can be used depending on the unit of heat value given in the question.
If heat is given with kJ unit then, 0.008314 kJ/K mol value can be used.
If heat is given with J unit then, 8.314 J/K mol value can be used.
