when a P.D. of 2 volt is applied across the ends of a wire 5 m length. A current of 1amp is found to flow through it. calculate 1- res. per unit length of wire 2-res of 2 m length of wire 3-res across the ends of the wire if it is doubled on itself.

Expert Answer:
Using ohms law
V = IR
R = V/I
R = 2/1 = 2 ohms
a. Hence, resistance/length = 2/5 = 0.4 ohms/m
