What would you expect the ionisation enthalpies of 2 isotopes of the same element to be same or different.Please justify your answer.

Isotopes are those elements which have same atomic number but different atomic mass number .we can conclude from this fact that number of proton will definitely vary as atomic mass no. is varying in the case of isotopes and this lead to the change in nuclear charge which is the main factor while determining the ionisation energy.
