The earth will be pushed backwards and you can calculate the velocity with which it will move. for this you need to use the mass of all people on the earth, the velocity with which they are jumping, mass of the earth.

mass of earth x velocity of earth = -(mass of all people x velocity with which they will jump.)

You need to apply the law of conservation of momentum.
