what would be the velocity-time graph for(I) change in velocity of a freely falling body (ii)change in velocity of body thrown vertically upwards
what is the kind of motion when body comes down (ii)it goes up? plz answer fast

i. velocity time graph (v-t graph) for a freely falling body would be a straight line with positive slope indicating the increase in velocity as it falls down due to positive acceleration (given by the positive slope of the graph).
ii. v-t graph for a body thrown vertically upward would be a straight line with negative slope indicating the decrease in the veloty as it goes up due to a retardation (given by negative slope of the graph).
When the body falls down, it is under acceleration. But when the body goes up, it is under retardation as a negative acceleration is acting on it.
