Very short answer type questions can be asked on the basis of discovery of electrons,protons and neutrons etc and the experiment related to theri discovery. Question based on calculating frequency,wavelength,wave number etc can be asked.Numericals related to Photoelectric effect i.e. calculation of work function ,threshold frequency,threshold wavelenght can also be asked.
