The blood plasma.
Plasma contaims albumins which maintains osmotic pressure of blood, globulins which acts as antibodies and fibrinogen which is essential for blood clotting. Plasma is thge fluid portion of blood and it is due to plama that the blood is in liquid state and is able to flow.
