CBSE Class 12-science Answered
What is the units of magnetic flux? How are they related? Is magnetic flux a scalar or vector quantity?

The SI unit of magnetic flux is weber (Wb).
1 weber = 1 tesla × 1m².
The cgs unit of magnetic flux is Maxwell (Mx)
1 weber = 108 Maxwell.
Since Φ is the dot product of magnetic induction and area of the surface, therefore it is a scalar quantity.
