if we consider a plane perpendicualar to a uniform magetic field , then the product of the magnitude of the field and the area of the plane is called the magnetic flux linked with that plane.

if the magnetic flux passing through a circuit changes an induced emf is produced in the circuit. and if the circuit is closed than an induced current is produced in the circuit
