Chemical reactions occur when two substances interact to form a new compound or molecule.

When atoms of elements gain energy then they break the earlier bond to form a new one.
this happens when there is a change in the following conditions,
1. Increase or decrease in concentration
2. Increase or decrease in Pressure or temperature
3. Increase or decrease in temperature or electricity or light
4. Presence of catalyst.
