1 parsec = 3.26 light years

Thus, the galaxy is at a distance of

10 parsec = 10 × 3.26 light years

                = 32.6 light years

Now,

1 light year = 9.46×1012 km

Thus, the galaxy is at a distance of

32.6 light years = 32.6 × 9.46×1012 km

                      = 308.4 × 1012 km
