Impulse = Force x time
Force = mass x acc.
[F] = [M][L][T]-2
So, [I]= [M][L][T]-2 x [T] = [M][L][T]-1
Torque = Force x radius
= [M][L][T]-2 x [L] = [M][L]2[T]-2
