what is the diffrence between volatile substances and sulimate

Volatile substances are those substances which can vaporise. It can be a solid or liquid.
Sublimate is the substance which is obtained after a substance undergoes sublimation i.e. from solid to gaseous or gaseous to solid without becoming a liquid.
