Protoplasm is nothing but cell without plasma membrane. It is the colorless material comprising the living part of a cell, including the cytoplasm, nucleus, and other organelles. Cytoplasm is the material within a living cell, excluding the nucleus. It includes cytosol, organelles, vesicles, and the cytoskeleton.
So Cytoplasm = Protoplasm - Nucleus
