what is the difference between nuclear energy and binding energy? in a nucleus

Binding energy is the energy within which nucleons are bound in a nucleus. It relates to a particular nucleus and its constituents.
However, nuclear energy is the energy due to the transmutation of less stable nuclei into more tighty bound nuclei.
