What is the difference between neurilemma and neurolemma ?

Neurilemma and neurolemma means same which make the outermost layer of Schwann cells that surrounds the axon.
But there is a difference between neurilemma and myelin sheath. Neurilemma is the cytoplasm, and the nuclei of the Schwann cells lie outside the myelin sheath whereas myelin sheath is a modified cellular membrane wrapped around the axon of the neurons.
