plant cell is larger with distinct boundaries due to presence of cell wall bt animal cell is smaller  with less distinct boundaries due to absence of cell wall

animal cell has more denser n granular cytoplasm then plant cell

plant cell has prominent vacuoles so cytiplasm is as thin  lining at periphery bt animal cell has small vacuoles n cytoplasm fills almost entire space

plastids r present in plant cell bt absent in animal celll

centrosome r present in animal cell bt absent in plant cell
