Expert Answer
Gas:
1) These are materials that always remain in gaseous state.
2) This state is above critical temperature.
Vapour:
1) These are materials that are either solids or liquids at room temperature and are converted into vapour.
2) This state is below critical temperature.
Steam:
1) This is the vapour state of water.
2) This state is also below critical temperature.
