Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) is a powerful technique for viewing surfaces at the atomic level.

The atomic force microscope (AFM) or scanning force microscope (SFM) is a very high-resolution type of scanning probe microscopy, with demonstrated resolution of fractions of a nanometer, more than 1000 times better than the optical diffraction limit.

Plssss answer..... Assertion: Magnetic field lines never intersect each other. Reason: If they intersect, then at the point of intersection, the compass needle would point towards two directions, which is not possible.
