This is same as Ionization energy.
Enthalpy means exchange of heat in any process. Ionization enthalpy or Ionization energy is defined as the heat evolved when any atom get ionized is called inonization enthalpy.
In more simple word, the amount of energy required to remove an electron from an isolated atom or molecule, is known as ionization energy/ionization potential/ionization enthalpy.
