What are the wayz of keeping oneself fit ? and bieng slim and trim in only 4-5 days ?

There is no short cut for this. If a person is overweight, he cannot become slim and trim within a few days. Attempting to do this is not healthy and will have repercussions later on.
We need to keep ourselves healthy and fit on a regular basis. For this we need to eat correctly (i.e. at the right time and balanced diet), exercise regularly, keep ourselves free of tension and stress, maintain personal and public hygiene, and have good relations with people in our society.
