The transport system in plants are the xylem and phloem. Xylem transports water and mineral salts. It is made up of tracheids, vessels, xylem parenchyma nd xylem fibres. Phloem transports food and is made up of sieve tubes, companion cells, phloem fibres and phloem parenchyma.
