Empty Set:

The set having no elements(count of elements in a set is zero) is called as Empty set.

Disjoint Set:

Two disjoint sets are sets whose intersection is the empty set.

For example, {1, 2, 3, 4} and {5, 6, 7} are disjoint sets.
