We know that the in both the bulbs 40W and 60W bulbs the 40W has more resistance. So does this bulb

Generally,the heat and light both depend on the power of bulb. So the bulb with the 60W ratings generates more heat and light. For domestic purposes usually as the light required is less bulbs with less power are preffered thoug it may vary .
