we had studied earlier that mass cannot be destroyed but in einstein's mass relation we studied that speed of light is very, very large and termendous amount of energy is produced even mass is destroyed?Explain.

No. This is not true. Mass is never destroyed.
 
According to Einstein's mass-energy relation mass is only converted to energy and vice versa.
 
So, if you have certain mass, a certain amount of enegry can be obtained from it. Mass is not destroyed in this scenario.
